Introduction

    Welcome to Themestore (referred to as "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website https://www.tourthemestore.com (the "Site"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our Site.

Services Provided

  1. Professionally crafted website themes tailored for travel businesses.
  2. Integration of booking engines,payment gateways,and travel-related functionalities.
  3. Customization services to align websites with client branding and requirements.

Website and Data Management

  1. Static content changes will be done by the iTours team. Every section CMS is provided.
  2. Hotel, Group Tours, Package Tours, Hotels, Activities, Transfers, Banners, Popular Tours/Hotels/Activities,
  3. Testimonials, Blog, Offers, etc. data comes dynamically from CRM.
  4. Website/CRM data code will not be delivered at client side/hosting in any case.
  5. The website will be deployed only on iTourscloud VPS server.

Content & Media

  1. Static images and content can be provided by the client via email for modification.
  2. Images must be provided in the given sizes.
  3. Website images are sourced from: freepik.com, unsplash.com, pixabay.com, pexels.com, freeimages.com.

Email & Payment Gateways

  1. Clients need to purchase email servers separately (e.g., G-Suite or other mailing platforms).
  2. Clients must coordinate with payment gateway providers for API documentation/requirements.
  3. Themestore will integrate the API key only.
  4. Custom payment gateways (apart from those provided by us) will be charged additionally.

Design & Customization

  1. Standard themes are provided for B2C website version.
  2. Custom home page design will incur additional cost (based on scope).
  3. Customized home page theme development cost: INR 10,000 (approx.); internal pages remain standard.
  4. Any new customizations will be charged additionally on an hourly basis (INR 400/hr).
  5. Additional new changes are considered as paid customizations.

User Responsibilities

    By using our services, you agree to:
  1. Provide accurate and complete information during the onboarding process.
  2. Use our services for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws.
  3. Not engage in any activity that could harm, disrupt, or interfere with the functioning of our Site or services.

Intellectual Property

    All content, designs, logos, and materials provided on the site are the property of Themestore and third party authors are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without prior written consent from us.

Payment Terms

  1. Prices for our services are listed on the Site and are subject to change without prior notice.
  2. Payments must be made in full before the commencement of any services.
  3. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards and bank transfers.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

    We kindly ask you to review the following policy before making your purchase: "All sales are final".
  1. Due to the nature of our digital products/services and the resources involved, we are unable to offer cancellations, refunds, or exchanges once a purchase is completed.
  2. We encourage you to contact us prior to placing an order if you have any questions or need further information—we’re happy to help ensure the service meets your expectations.

Limitation of Liability

    Themestore is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.
